“We really enjoyed our tour guide Lilly who was very knowledgeable with an interactive manner about her. Carl, our driver, we found to be an excellent, safe, and conscientious. One challenge we found was waiting an extremely long time for a late passenger. The time to return could be made more clear for future passengers going on these tours. We appreciated that the tour was packed with excellent sites and we really loved seeing the unique views, however; There was confusion between TripAdvisor and the tour company on what sites were provided on this tour. We would recommend this tour though!”

Meet at Gullfoss, climb aboard a 4x4 monster ice truck, and ride to Langjokull Glacier for about an hour of guided snowmobiling. You get a winter suit, gloves, helmet, and safety briefing. Edgar is one guide praised for calm, helpful instruction. Expect stunning views, shared snowmobiles, and a large-group format.

“The less positive review is due to two factors: the employees approach their work with little enthusiasm (it's clear that what matters is the money) and they don't prioritize safety. The bus went off the road and almost overturned, frightening all the passengers. The driver had to get out to ask another bus for help to tow us with ropes. He didn't say a word to the passengers to calm them down, even when they were all at a 45º angle, which is regrettable. Another factor is the cleanliness; I'm sure this bus hasn't been cleaned inside for a year, just look at the photos I've posted.”
